In line with the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) that came into force, in the European Union, on May 25th, 2018 I outline here our policy with regard to handling of your data.

Highland Sweep values the privacy and data protection rights of each of its users.

All of our existing customers will be contacted and asked if we can retain your name and address, and whether you wish to be contacted with special offers now and again.

Your contact details will not be held electronically in any shape or form.  The information is written into a desk diary which, when not in use, is locked away in a secure cabinet.

Your details are not held on any computer, tablet, or mobile device.

I will though enter your telephone number into my mobile for the DAY that I am due to visit your premises in case I need to contact you to rearrange, etc.
